Stuck At Home Workouts- No Equipment Required!

Here's a list of our favorite "Stuck At Home" Workouts for those days when making to the gym just isn't going to happen.... because you know, it happens! ;) These are also perfect travel WODs

 

1.  25 Burpees/75 Air Squats/ 25 Sit Ups/ 25 Burpees

2.  1 mile run/ 100 Push Ups/100 Sit Ups/ 100 Air Squats

3.  100 Burpees for Time

4.  7 Minutes of Burpees

5.  50-40-30-20-10 Alt. Pistols/Push Ups/ Sit Ups

6.  10 Rounds- 10 Vertical Jumps/10 Lunges/10 Squats

7.  10 Rounds- Sprint 100 M, rest 1 minute

8.  200 Air Squats for Time

9.  21-15-9 Air Squats/Push Ups

10.  40-30-20-10 Walking Lunges/ Push Ups

11. 10 Rounds for Time- 10 walking lunges- 10 push-ups

12. 4 Rounds for Time- Run 400m- 50 squats

13. Run 1 mile, stopping every minute to do 20 squats

14. Run 1 mile, rest 8 minutes, run 1 mile, rest 8 minutes, run 1 mile

15. 250 jumping jacks For Time

16. 100 high knee jumps- 50 Squats

17. 7 rounds for time- 30 sec handstand hold/ 7 squats/ 7 pull-ups/ 7 burpees/ 7 pushups/ 7 sit ups

18. 5 Rounds-15m Bear Crawl-20 Push-ups-15m Crab Walk-20 Jump Squats-15m Broad Jump Burpees-20 Mountain Climbers

19. “Susan” 5 rounds for time- Run 200m- 10 squats- 10 push-ups

20. Try a yoga video on YouTube or ROMWOD and work that mobility!
