Who We Are

Snatch & Run Apparel started as a fun hobby and quickly grew to a business of selling small batch prints on Facebook. After a few months of always selling out we decided to give this business a go and have been traveling the SouthEast selling our gear at CrossFit competitions ever since. 

Fun facts: 
-We screen print all of our own shirts
-Our business was run out of a dining room for the first year
-We met at the gym
-We love working out, drinking cheap wine and eating all the delicious food
-& we have 5 kids between us! They love helping us package shirts <3

Shipping Information

All items are shipped through United States Postal Service.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS - Orders are shipped to the address you request upon time of checkout. Please, change your “Ship to” address at this time.

TRACKING NOTIFICATION - All customers will receive an email when your order has shipped. A tracking number will be provided in that email.

ORDER PROCESSING - All items are screen printed by us and will generally ship in 5 business days. Occasionally, orders can take up to 2 weeks. In the event that you need something changed on your order, changes to your purchase (shipping, size, etc.) needs to be emailed to us within 2 hours of purchase in order to be accounted for.

RUSH - If expedited shipping is needed please contact us prior to ordering so that we can ensure expected delivery. Please contact us before purchasing if you need your item by a specific deadline date and we will verify the shipment time.

Shipping usually takes 2-4 BUSINESS days from time of being dropped off at the post office to arrive anywhere in the U.S.

DISCLAIMER - These times are only an estimate and may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us before purchasing if you need your item by a specific deadline and we will verify the shipment time. We are not responsible and will not be held liable for any delays once we have dropped your item off at the post office. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive due to incorrect addresses, no mail receptacle, or 'lost' mail. If we receive an item back we will reship the item at the buyers expense (original shipping cost).

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy is for Exchange / Store Credit. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 business days of the date of receipt for store credit less the shipping charges. Please notify us BEFORE initiating a return or exchange. We will gladly exchange a non-custom order for a different size.

All returns and exchanges must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the original tags still attached. All merchandise must be unworn. We can only accept returns that are in the original, resalable condition. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be deemed non-returnable and will be denied. Please allow 5-7 days from the date we receive your return for processing. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Credit and exchanges will not be issued for items that have been worn, washed, altered or are missing original tags.

Exchanges will follow the regular processing and shipping timelines. Buyer is responsible for shipping and will be billed before shipment.
